FAQ
Entering is easy! Simply visit our competitions page, select the competition you'd like to enter, answer the skill-testing question correctly, choose how many tickets you want, and complete the checkout process.
Free Entry Option: You can also enter for free by sending your name, address, telephone number, email address, and answer to: 85 Wickenby Garth, Bransholme, Hull, HU7 4RF. Each free entry must be sent separately via first or second class post.
Winners are chosen at random from all correct entries and announced live on our Facebook or Instagram page on the competition closing date.
We will contact the winner via telephone or email within 7 days of the closing date. If we cannot reach you within 14 days, we reserve the right to choose another winner, so please keep your contact details up to date!
If your answer is incorrect, you will not be entered into the draw and unfortunately entry fees are non-refundable. However, you can try again as many times as you wish (up to any specified limit) by purchasing additional entries.
We've deliberately made the questions challenging to comply with UK competition laws, but remember - this is all about having fun!
Our competitions are open to UK residents aged 18 or over only. We cannot accept entries from outside the UK as competition laws vary by country.
Relatives of our suppliers are not eligible to enter. This ensures fairness for all participants.
Your personal data is used solely for competition administration and prize distribution. We do not share your data with third parties unless essential for running the competition.
If you win, we may need to share your details with the Advertising Standards Authority to validate fair administration. You can opt out at any time, but doing so before the closing date will withdraw you from the competition with no refund.
The opening and closing dates for each competition are clearly displayed on the competition page. If we need to change these dates due to circumstances beyond our control, we will update the website accordingly.
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and also digital payment methods including Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal for your convenience.
